2012 TrackAddix Track Packs!
TrackAddix Track Packs offer frequent riders big discounts for purchasing
multiple events packages! If you're a regular TrackAddix rider,
save BIG with the TrackAddix Track Pack that best suits your schedule!
You choose the pack that matches your schedule, and we've provided options
for virtually everyone, from the rider who can only squeeze in a few events
per year all the way up to the full-on, hard-core "I start getting
withdrawals if I don't do a track day every week or two" rider.
NEW FOR 2012 - TRACK PACK COUPONS ARE NO LONGER TRACK-SPECIFIC!!!
Here's how it works:
You purchase a Track Pack and you will be issued an event coupon to
be used for each event included in your pack. Coupons are NOT
date-specific, you are free to pick the dates
that match your schedule. When it's time to sign
up for an event, you log on to the web site and sign up (or call or e-mail) and use
one of your coupons to pre-register for the event.
There's no catch other than you MUST pre-register for the event in order to
use your Track Pack coupon, which can be done up until the pre-registration
deadline for
the event. (Note: Season Pass holders are not required to
pre-register) Please don't just show up unannounced at the gate and
expect to use a Track Pack coupon, we don't have access to our computer
system when we're on-site at the events and we will not be able to verify
Track Pack coupons at the track. If you do show up for a gate
registration, you will be asked to pay the late registration fee for the event at registration and if
you have a Track Pack coupon to use, your charges will be refunded for the
value of the track pack coupon the
following week after we've had a chance to verify your coupon back at the
office. Please pre-register for the event that makes things A
LOT easier! And since there is no cancellation penalty *, there's no
reason not to pre-register anyway!
* Cancellation MUST be sent by midnight on the day preceding the event -
"No Shows" will be charged against your Track Pack coupon
- we've already paid the track for you at that point so we can't issue a
refund to you.
BONUS! Track Pack coupons ARE transferable (excluding
Season Pass coupons), so if you end up purchasing
a Track Pack and are not able to use all of your coupons due to unforeseen
circumstances, you can sell your coupons to another rider. Or if you
and a track riding buddy would like to pool your resources to share a Track
Pack so you can get cheaper track time, go for it! We want everyone to come out as often as possible, so
whatever works for you to get there we're happy to accommodate!
There's no catch there either, other than Track Packs are not refundable if
not used. If you have a coupon you can't use, then you're free to sell
it to someone else, just post it up for sale on the rider's forum, Facebook, or even
put it on eBay!
