AVAILABILITY:
TRACKADDIX EVENT PICKUP -
If you need tires for pickup at an upcoming TrackAddix track day event, we recommend you order your tires AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to the event for Pirelli tires, and AT LEAST 1 week prior to the event for Bridgestone tires.
SHIP TIRES TO YOU -
We ship tires UPS GROUND, and the shipping fee will be shown in the shopping cart when you complete your order, shipping fees are ACTUAL from UPS, we do not mark up shipping charges, they're high enough as it is!
If we don't have the tires in stock you want, we can order Bridgestone tires for delivery direct from the warehouse, which will ship directly to you within 1 business day. Therefore, all Bridgestone tires will show as In Stock on the website all the time, unless Bridgestone has notified us the warehouse is out of a particualar tire. Just order up the tires and if we have them in stock we'll ship them from here and if not we'll have them shipped directly to you from the Bridgestone warehouse. Easy-peasy.
For Pirelli tires, it's more complicated. We restock our supply about once a month, as we cannot order individual tires from Pirelli, we get large batches of tires only. If we do NOT have the tires you want in stock (as shown on the website for each individual tire size/compound) you will not be able to order them directly. WE DO NOT accept backorders automatically for tires directly on the site, they will show out of stock and not be available to order. That doesn't mean we can't get them for you, however. If we do not have the tires in stock you're looking for, CONTACT US to inquire if those tires can be added to our next monthly Pirelli order. We do this so there are NO misunderstandings about when the tires will be shipped to you if we don't currently have them in stock. We will e-mail you an order to confirm on special-order tires and you can pay online just like a normal website order.
Tire Pressure Guidelines - Bridgestone:
BASELINE tire pressures for Bridgestone R11 Race Tires:
These pressures are HOT off the warmers after 45 minutes, and please note if you are coming from the prior generation R10 race tires, these pressures are different and especially the rear R11's have a stiffer carcass and therefore run a lower pressure than the R10's required. If you are not running tire warmers and need to set the pressures cold, drop 2 lbs. front / 3 lbs. rear below these guidelines to start with and then check the pressures hot off the track after at least a few laps at pace.
FRONT:
110F 34-35 psi
120F 30-31 psi
REAR:
140/150R 25-26 psi
180R 25-26 psi
190R 25-26 psi
200R 23-25 psi
** ALERT! Bridgestone finally has SMALL BIKE slicks available! The V02 Superbike Slick is available in 110/140 size **
