REGISTRATION CHANGE/CANCELLATIONS:
To make changes to or CANCEL a registration please E-MAIL us at information@trackaddix.com with your request. All cancellations will be processed according to our cancellation policy WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, please review the link below BEFORE sending your request and PLEASE don't request an exception to the cancellation policy, we will NOT grant exceptions to anyone for any reason, it's the only way we can be FAIR to all of our riders.

PLEASE use electronic communication (E-mail or Text) for virtually all contacts, we DO NOT have a phone for TrackAddix that is answered for incoming calls regularly. Please don't leave a voice mail with no information about why you're calling. For example, "Hey I have a question about track days, can someone please call me back?". No, sorry we won't be calling you back, start by reviewing all of the information we have compiled on the website first and then if you have specific questions just shoot those over to us and we'll be glad to help. TrackAddix is an all-volunteer organization and we don't have a paid staff who answer phone calls all day, send us a message that we can respond to when we have time and we'll get back to you 100% of the time within 1 business day.

Our race tire inventory is managed at Ducati Omaha, please contact Ducati Omaha directly for questions about race tires, such as checking stock on particular tires.
