TRACK DAY REGISTRATION CHANGE/CANCELLATIONS:
To make changes to or CANCEL a registration please use the contact information below with your request (text or e-mail). All cancellations will be processed according to our cancellation policy WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, please review the link below BEFORE sending your request and PLEASE don't request an exception to the cancellation policy, we will NOT grant exceptions to anyone for any reason, it's the only way we can be FAIR to all of our riders.

PLEASE use electronic communication (E-mail or Text) for virtually all contacts, we DO NOT have a phone for TrackAddix that is answered for incoming calls, it will go straight to Voice Mail. Please don't leave a voice mail with no information about why you're calling. For example, "Hey I have a question about track days, can someone please call me back?". No, sorry we can't call you back, start by reviewing all of the information we have compiled on the website first and then if you have specific questions just shoot those over to us in a text or e-mail and we'll be glad to help. TrackAddix is an all-volunteer organization and we don't have a paid staff who answer phone calls, send us an electronic message that we can respond to when we have time and we'll get back to you 100% of the time within 1 business day. If you have a flip phone and need to call because you literally can't send a text, and are in the Saharah Desert with no computer so you can't send an e-mail either, call 402-235-1446 and leave a voice mail. All in good fun, but hopefully that gets the point across, don't call unless you have no other option, and it will go to voice mail 100% of the time, this phone line is never answered.

We will always get back to you within 1 business day, and normally much quicker than that. If you have questions about something you are wanting to order, same thing just shoot us and e-mail or text with your question and we will get right back to you. We DO NOT have the ability to accept orders over the phone, orders must be placed through the website, or for special order items that are not listed on the website, we will e-mail you an order to confirm and pay. If the items you're looking for is not listed on the website, just let us know what you're looking for and chances are we CAN get it for you, as a full-service motorcycle dealership we have accounts with virtually every distributor and brand of motorcycle accessories and riding gear.
