TrackAddix Track Day Registration
Sign up for your track day here. If you would like to add additional options to your registration, such as SCHOOL registration, transponder rental, or race registration, be sure to add those to your shopping cart before you check out. You can also return later and place a 2nd order for additional options.
Pre-registration DISCOUNT deadline is the PRIOR FRIDAY before the event weekend (8 days in advance). After that date registration will remain open up until (if) the event is sold out, but the pre-registration discount of $30 will no longer apply.
Track day pricing for 2024:
$245 per day on or before pre-registration deadline (Prior Friday)
$245+$30 per day standard registration price

*** PRE-REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES ***
WEATHER - TrackAddix events may operate regardless of weather. If the event operates and you decide NOT to participate, no refunds or cancellation credits will be issued. If TrackAddix cancels the event upon notification from the race track management that the conditions are unsafe for the track staff to be working and the entire event is cancelled, then we will issue cancellation credits to all registered riders.
MECHANICAL PROBLEMS - If you have a mechanical problem or crash damage that prevents you from being able to ride at or complete a track day you registered for, you will not receive a refund or cancellation credit.
TRACK DAY CANCELLATION - Any credit given will be valid for 1 year from the date of the event you cancelled.
* NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!
* 100% CREDIT - If you cancel prior to the pre-registration deadline for the event, you will receive a credit in the amount you paid.
* 50% CREDIT - If you cancel AFTER the pre-registration deadline, but more than 1 day prior to the event, you will receive a credit in the amount of 50% of what you paid. (This means you must cancel BEFORE 9:00 a.m. Friday to receive the 50% credit)
* NO REFUND OR CREDIT - If you cancel 1 day or less before an event or if you are a "no show" at the event.
* NO EXCEPTIONS - There are NO exceptions to this policy, please don't ask, the only way for us to treat everyone fairly is to treat everyone the same according to the policy.
